We're a family of four based in Toronto, Canada, but our hearts belong to the world. Our family brings together rich cultural heritage—mom was born in Nicaragua, bringing the warmth and vibrance of Central America, while dad has Eastern European roots but was born and raised in Canada. Together, we're raising two curious, adventurous young kids who are learning that home isn't just a place, it's wherever we are together.
Our blended heritage has given us a unique perspective on the world. We celebrate diverse traditions, speak multiple languages at home, and believe that exposing our children to different cultures isn't just enriching—it's essential. Every trip we take is an opportunity to connect with our roots while discovering new ones.
We both work online, which has given us an incredible gift: the freedom to travel the world without sacrificing our careers or our children's education. Remote work isn't just a job arrangement for us—it's a lifestyle that enables us to live fully, work meaningfully, and explore endlessly.
Our days might start with a sunrise beach walk in Costa Rica, followed by video calls from a cozy café in Portugal, and end with homeschool lessons under the Northern Lights in Iceland. We've learned to balance deadlines with discovery, meetings with mountains, and productivity with presence. It's not always easy, but it's always worth it.
